She has extensive expertise in building new areas tailored to the specific needs of clients and businesses. In recent years, Lisa has focused on sustainability in areas such as energy, environment, reporting, the Supply Chain Act, governance, and environmental strategies.

Lisa continues to deepen her knowledge through professional education, including the "Sustainability Essentials for Business" course from Cambridge University. In addition to her sustainability focus, she also specializes in engineering.

Maximilian Gastreich is Associate Business Manager at Fyte in Frankfurt. His focus is on the recruiting of permanent candidates in the field of Marketing and E-Commerce. He is the head of the department for the DACH region.

Maximilian has a formation as a marketing communications specialist, and has several years of experience in a Marketing Agency before he started about 10 years ago working as an international personnel consultant and recruiter.

After her studies, she worked for 3 years in HR at the United Nations Population Fund with a focus on recruiting international professionals as well as stakeholder management and project management. She then took on a role in HR and facilitated the recruitment process for 2 years. She has been with Fyte since July 2021, where she has been responsible for various positions, initially in Engineering and ultimately Human Resources.

Through her own HR experience, both in an international and national context, Karin understands the needs and wishes of her clients very well and can therefore work together to develop tailor-made solutions.

Fabian brings an impressive background as a certified banker with extensive experience in sales and leading multiple teams. He holds a degree in International Business Administration and is also a certified sales trainer.

Marlene is currently working as a Recruiter in the field of Sustainability & Engineering at Morgan Philips Group in Frankfurt am Main.
