For Sofia Tsitroudis, learning isn’t just about gaining knowledge – it’s about creating inner movement. What she loves most: shaping experiences that truly move people and help them grow. Her motto: “We don’t grow because we have to, but because we stay curious.” Sofia studied psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt, where she learned to combine academic insight into human behavior with deep empathy.

For her, learning always begins the moment someone dares to self-reflect. What drives her is helping people gain a fresh perspective on themselves and their work. That mindset is something you’ll notice immediately – whether she's coordinating workshops, aligning with our trainer network, or engaging in learning conversations with clients and participants.

Behind every successful project there is often an invisible, silent guiding hand. For us, that person is Marko, who has been managing the Frankfurt office since 2019. For the Talent Consulting unit, he is the Swiss Army Knife for all operational duties. The business economist can calculate with a sharp pencil, but his primary role is to let rise dialogue and knowledge within the L&D network for our projects. Our clients appreciate his availability and reliability; internally, we rely on his calmness even in stressful situations to help us maintain the big picture.
