Gaëtan originates the inner learner in every human. He is Head of Morgan Philips Talent Consulting since 2025 and is convinced that “we all live to learn and grow.” His credo is reflected in every development initiative; workshops, trainings, and coaching programmes inspire participants to put knowledge into specific action. Through numerous talent projects around the world, he has learned that humans rarely have a lack of knowledge — but more often from a blockage in awareness and perception. Since 2012, he has focused on corporate training and transformation in the areas of leadership, sales, recruiting, and people strategy.

Together with his clients, he activates “learning through reflection” within teams and individuals as the most powerful driver for change and personal development. With his advisory team — all are certified psychologists — he designs customized learning journeys that measurably foster dialogue, feedback, and collaboration.

His goal is always to nurture individual courage, so that every employee can activate their personal “impact-on” switch and put it in service of the shared mission.

Ben Göller helps people unlock their potential with clarity, courage, and joy. But that's not all, because for him it's always about pushing boundaries. As a sports psychologist and former professional athlete, he brings the principles of mental strength from sport to the world of work.

Since 2015, Ben has been working with leaders and teams to remove mental blocks and activate inner resources. Clients repeatedly praise the combination of practicality and attitude. For him, one thing is certain: development only happens when people take responsibility, trust their feelings and are willing to break new ground. He recurrently encourages this in a positive way, because he dreams that even more people will realise what ‘valuable qualities they have within them that they should not withhold from the world.’

For Christoph, real transformation doesn’t start with methods – it starts with listening. “Clarity, autonomy, and action can only arise when we learn to truly listen to ourselves,” says the former BMW manager and now life coach. He knows exactly what the rat race feels like – and supports our clients in learning how to step out of it.
