Julius Marschall has over 10 years of experience in consulting and leadership, with a proven track record in building highly specialized HR consulting and recruiting teams. He has successfully managed large RPO projects for global players, including Fortune 500 companies. With a focus on strategic conception and sustainable customer relationships, Julius combines his Political Science and Business Administration studies from Goethe-University Frankfurt with a certification in project management.

Lisa Schumacher is our Business Director for Engineering & Sustainability, bringing over 13 years of consulting experience. She has extensive expertise in building new areas tailored to the specific needs of clients and businesses. In recent years, Lisa has focused on sustainability in areas such as energy, environment, reporting, the Supply Chain Act, governance, and environmental strategies.

Lisa continues to deepen her knowledge through professional education, including the "Sustainability Essentials for Business" course from Cambridge University. In addition to her sustainability focus, she also specializes in engineering.

André Schneider is the Manager of the German Operations Team at Fyte/MP in Hamburg.

He and his Teams expertise centres on Supply Chain Management, with specializations in Category Management, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Logistics, and Project Management.

André incorporates experiences from various professional fields into his role as a personal manager and recruiter, providing a significant advantage of knowledge about the market.

He offers innovative solutions that consider both, technical precision and market dynamics.
