Julius Marschall has over 10 years of experience in consulting and leadership, with a proven track record in building highly specialized HR consulting and recruiting teams. He has successfully managed large RPO projects for global players, including Fortune 500 companies. With a focus on strategic conception and sustainable customer relationships, Julius combines his Political Science and Business Administration studies from Goethe-University Frankfurt with a certification in project management.

Karin is specialized in HR positions at Fyte.

After her studies, she worked for 3 years in HR at the United Nations Population Fund with a focus on recruiting international professionals as well as stakeholder management and project management. She then took on a role in HR and facilitated the recruitment process for 2 years. She has been with Fyte since July 2021, where she has been responsible for various positions, initially in Engineering and ultimately Human Resources.

Through her own HR experience, both in an international and national context, Karin understands the needs and wishes of her clients very well and can therefore work together to develop tailor-made solutions.

Marlene is currently working as a Recruiter in the field of Sustainability & Engineering at Morgan Philips Group in Frankfurt am Main. With a fresh perspective and a strong sense for future-oriented talent, she supports candidates with empathy, market insight, and a clear understanding of individual career paths.

Her ability to connect with professionals in a dynamic environment allows her to guide experts and leaders toward the right opportunities within the sustainability and engineering sectors.

Jana is currently working as a Recruiter at Morgan Philips Professional Recruitment, supporting companies across various industries in filling a wide range of positions.

With her exceptional analytical skills and quick comprehension, she rapidly familiarises herself with new subject areas, role requirements, and markets, while maintaining a clear overview even in complex searches.
