Les Echos 2021 ranking confirms the excellent standing of the Fyte and Morgan Philips Executive Search teams

For the fourth consecutive year, "Les Echos" and the Statista institute have published their 2021 list of the most respected recruitment agencies in France. This year, they once again awarded top marks to the Morgan Philips Group, which has very quickly established itself as the new benchmark player in the market.

To establish the 2021 list of the top 250 recruitment firms, Statista screened the leading players in "Executive Search" (which targets candidates with a salary of €120,000 and above) and the key players in the recruitment of managers and specialists.

The list includes the firms with the highest scores in a survey conducted between 4 May and 12 June 2020. In total, nearly 6,000 people took part via the lesechos.fr website and could also register to complete the survey on the Statista homepage.. A number of recruitment agency staff were also invited by email to participate. Finally, an online access panel of all those involved in recruitment was used to complete the survey.
